About this form

If you have received a grant from Stratford on Avon District Council or have already made an application for a grant since the national lockdown that started on 5 November YOU DO NOT need to make another application. We will use the details from your original application.

There are five grant schemes to assist businesses. All businesses must meet the following criteria to qualify for a grant:

The business:

Must have been trading before the start of restrictions.

Must not be in administration, insolvent or subject to a striking-off notice.

Businesses that have a voluntary agreement, but are not insolvent, in liquidation or in administration, will be eligible to receive a grant if they are still trading and operating, but only under de minimis, if the agreement means the business is ineligible for a grant under the COVID-19 Temporary Framework for UK Authorities.
